My boyfriend and I see Erica together in the mornings. She has us do movements both in sync or in tandem, and tailors them to suit our individual strengths and needs. Having a partner is a great motivator when pushing through a hard workout or for some friendly competition 😜. She keeps us energized all the way through. Since turning 40, I wanted to make sure I maintained a good exercise routine and stayed active. Since seeing Erica, I’ve had lower stress levels, higher energy, and my body is definitely looking more defined.

I started seeing Erica a couple of years ago, after being out of action for a while with a bad back. After a chiropractor and physio I was ready to get back to exercising and Erica showed me some effective exercises tailored to my injury. What I liked most about Erica was her attitude that no issue was going to stop me completely recovering and still feeling like I’d had a proper work out with her even with my back. Since I’ve been seeing Erica my back has improved so much and Erica has also given me the skills to prevent reoccurrence and reduce the pain on my own at home. I also feel more confident in a bikini! Having competed in sports through college and being used to having a coach who shouted, I thought that’s what I needed in a trainer. But Erica whips my ass every session and I still really enjoy it. She’s also super supportive of me. She starts every session asking how I am, so she knows if my backs playing up or I need to do some boxing after a shitty day at work 🥊🥊

My experience working with Erica has been life changing. I had about 5 months out from my wedding and knew it was time to get serious about fitness. With a combination of both private and small group classes, Erica, created a beautiful environment that was free of the intimidation I often feel from bigger studios. Erica is incredibly positive, motivating, and challenges you in a comfortable environment. Don't get me wrong -- the workout is tough, but Erica has a special way of coaching you through, so nothing feels unattainable. In that short time I lost 10 pounds and 4% body fat. Post wedding, I live for mornings with Erica who's classes empower me to keep rocking all day long. And believe me, that joy is contagious--I even have my husband coming along to join in on the killer workouts. I can't say enough good things about her.

Erica has been so instrumental in the rehabilitation of my lower and mid back mobility. I came to her when I had insane back issues and she helped me strengthen my core and become much more flexible through her thoughtful and personal training. She's great at listening to how you feel and curates her approach to ensure that you come first at all times. I always love seeing her because she's motivating and pushes you to be your best with her kind demeanor and speech. Since seeing her I've seen a HUGE improvement on body strength, posture and my back pain has subsided significantly. Erica is honest and genuinely cares about her clients.

Erica provides the perfect balance of energy, motivation, accountability and community to get me out of my head and moving my body. She really listens and always adjusts moves or provides me with alternatives to accommodate my not-so-great feet and knees, which is something I’ve struggled to find in the past. She’s really helped me improve my life. Plus, you get to work out with two of the greatest pups in Brooklyn (and a super sweet cat). Win/win!

For the longest time I had trouble finding an exercise routine that worked for me and that I wanted to stick with. I joined her women’s boot camp, Sisters in Sweat, in June 2018, right after my 28th birthday and two months before getting married. I am happier with my figure, stamina and strength than I have ever been and feel really proud of my progress. Today, I approach any exercise with a can do attitude because I've been shown that even if it's hard at first and I need a modification, that my strength will build and that eventually, I'll be able to practice the move in its full form. I love that the boot camp workouts are 45 minutes -- it makes fitting in exercise manageable. Plus, Erica and the people she attracts are warm and supportive. The atmosphere is fun and encouraging. I never feel bad about myself if I can't do a move well or if I’m a little slower at something. The small sizes of the classes also ensure that Erica has her eyes on you for proper form which I really appreciate. Very thankful I found Erica.
