Traditional commercial and trend based approaches to fitness have left the market saturated with studios that pack classes like sardine cans.

You know what I'm talking about!

Classes that have 25 people, no space to walk between mats, and where even the best instructor would struggle to give every student their fair share of attention and coaching.

Wouldn’t it be nice to move in a space were the focus is on you the individual…… even when you’re in a class setting?

There is no such thing as a packed class in ANY of my group programs.

Purposely keeping enrollment size small allows me to give you the focus, customization, and results you deserve without the injury typically seen in loaded classrooms.

I want you to feel comfortable enough to have a dialogue with me throughout class. Ask for modifications if things don’t feel quite right. Get hands on adjustments so that you can connect more deeply with your body. And, feel confident moving no matter what class you show up for!

STUDIO POLICIES : CANCELLATIONS : LATENESS

  • We fully understand that life can be unpredictable, however as a small studio with limited space we do utilize a 12-hour cancellation policy for all group and private sessions. Cancellations made outside of this window will result in forfeiture of any class fees.
  • To ensure fairness and quality to all clients we do employ a 5 minute grace period for lateness.  Please call ahead if you will be late. Apologies, but late entry to class beyond the aforementioned grace period will not be permitted. Thank you for understanding.
